Are the PDFs editable?

Our PDFs are not editable by default. However, if you need edits, simply contact us with your order number and details of the changes. We’ll be happy to customize it for you within 24 hours.

Do you ship physical products?

No, all of our products are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Can I print the PDFs?

Yes! You can print as many copies as you need for personal use.

Can I resell or share the PDFs?

No. Our products are for personal use only. Reselling or distributing the files is strictly prohibited.

What are the dimensions of the PDFs?

All PDFs are in US Letter size (8.5 x 11 inches). You can adjust printer settings if you need to print in a different size.

Are your products available in other languages?

 Currently, our products are in English only. We're working on adding French and Spanish versions soon.

Are digital products refundable?

 Due to the nature of digital items, we do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded.

I'm having trouble downloading my files. What should I do?
